I've been working on this for Christmas but didn't finish in time.
I still need to draw some Krampus' in behind the trees. So this is a work in progress till then.

If you don't mind my asking, how are you going to portray the Krampus? The reason I ask is because, although he is demonic looking, he is in fact one of the good guys, and is there to punish only the bad children (and nowadays adults too).
